Cards are played starting with the face-up card in the middle. 3. Each player selects the corresponding city tile from their set and places it on their city board according to placement rules. 4. Once everyone has placed the corresponding tile, the next card is played.\u003c\/li\u003e \u003cli\u003eTILE PLACEMENT -- Players are allowed not to place tiles, but they cannot place them later. After the 4 cards of a round have been played, each player takes one of their Fountain tiles and places it on their board. Then, players proceed to the intermediate scoring of the round. Each player determines the largest fully constructed rectangle on their board.\u003c\/li\u003e \u003cli\u003eIN A ROUND -- Players gain as many points as the rectangle contains squares. Then, each player counts the number of squares in their city that are fully constructed with black and green tiles and adjusts their marker accordingly on the balance scale, before moving to the next round.\u003c\/li\u003e \u003cli\u003eVICTORY -- After the 5 regular rounds, only 3 cards remain. Reveal these cards in the middle of the table. Then, all players simultaneously place these last 3 city tiles on their city board as well as their last Fountain tile. Then, perform a final count without forgetting the bonus points. The player with the highest score wins the game.
