After 25 years of perfecting the art of grinding spices, the next natural step for CrushGrind® was to develop a coffee grinder. Coffee flavour and freshness lies in the essential oils of the unground bean, so grinding just before brewing will release the oils, allowing maximum flavour and aroma to be activated. The CrushGrind® coffee grinder is a burr grinder, which gives a better consistency to the ground beans than a blade grinder, and ultimately, this ability to create a uniform particle size distribution is what will impact the flavour of the coffee.
