Delivery Times
All delivery dates provided at checkout or in shipping confirmations are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control and may be affected by factors including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections or border clearance
- Remote delivery locations
- Labor disruptions
- High seasonal shipping volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
We are not liable for late deliveries caused by any of these factors and cannot offer refunds or compensation based solely on a delayed arrival.
Delayed transit times do not qualify an order for cancellation, refusal, chargeback, or compensation once the order has been handed off to the carrier.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund, provided the item is:
- In its original, unused condition
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
Shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Customers may be responsible for damage caused by insufficient return packaging.
Return Shipping
- We cover up to $15 of the return shipping cost per return.
- If returning an item reduces your order total below $100, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- If a package is refused at delivery, both the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fees
Items returned in any of the following conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 100% of the item’s value:
- Used or showing signs of wear
- Damaged by the customer
- Missing components, accessories, or original packaging
- Not in resalable condition
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange the return at no cost to you and offer your choice of:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement (subject to availability)
Claims for items damaged in transit may require photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Defective Items and Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, with terms set by the manufacturer.
- Within 30 days of delivery: We will coordinate the warranty claim on your behalf and cover shipping costs for repair or replacement.
- After 30 days: Please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim. Our liability is limited to the 30-day period following delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Health products
- Supplements
- Eyewear
- Costumes
Items Returnable Only If Unopened
The following items may be returned only if the original packaging is sealed and unopened:
- Software
- Headphones, earphones, and earbuds
- Baby, nursery, and maternity products
- Clothing
- Beauty, grooming, and personal care items
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.
- LIMOLIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
- Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
- We will assist with carrier investigations where applicable.
International Orders
All orders shipped outside North America are final sale once shipped.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, import restrictions, or refused shipments imposed by their country.
Submit a Return
U.S. Customers
U.S. customers must return their products to our warehouse located in Las Vegas, NV.
Canadian Customers
Canadian customers must return their products to our warehouse in Toronto, ON.
Return requests can be submitted through your Account Return Page.
After Your Return Is Approved
Once your return request is approved, you will receive:
- Return instructions
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected.
