Our 'Delight' casserole dish allows you to successfully cook recipes –– browned, simmered or roasted –– with unparalleled ease, on all hobs (including induction), as well as in the oven.

Developed using a cutting-edge technological recipe, the 'Delight' casserole dish is much lighter than a conventional casserole dish, it is compatible with all hobs (including induction) and offers the benefits of healthy cooking, respecting the nutritional qualities of the ingredients.

The even heat distribution in the ceramic is ideal for revealing flavors over low heat and for gently confiting, without burning…

The nubs under the lid capture the evaporated juices which fall back in a fine rain into the preparation, basting it continuously during cooking, for a soft and concentrated result in aromas.

With its generous curves, its sober matte black finish, when served at the table, the 'Delight' casserole dish enhances family recipes and exotic dishes. Its naturally non-stick ceramic is easy to maintain (and goes straight into the dishwasher).

A chic and timeless design:

Véronique Maire designs tableware collections that don't go unnoticed. Facing several worlds—luxury, interior design, scenography—the designer favors collaborations with brands rich in their expertise.

For Delight, Véronique reinvented the design of the casserole dish inspired by reversible Japanese dishes, in order to perpetuate, in a contemporary world seeking simplicity, recipes from yesteryear or elsewhere, to be shared around a table.

Handmade and inspected in our workshops in Burgundy, it is guaranteed for 5 years.
