use:

Add a few drops to your diffuser, favourite carrier oil, soap, lotion, or massage oil. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; if you have epilepsy; or if you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin.
