ABOUT:
Flat Matte is a UV/LED Top Coat and can be used over any hard gel or acrylic to get the perfect matte finish.

HOW TO USE IT:
- Cure for 1 minute LED or 2 minutes UV
- Don't be scared, upon applying it is shiney and then once cured with mattify
- Don't forget to cleanse and wipe after curing.

You're client's nails will stay matte until her next appointment !!
