GEFU Mandoline LAOLA is perfect for fine julienne strands two sizes 4.5 or 9mm (.18 or .35in) or, slices straight or decorative wavy cuts 1-9mm (.04 - .35in) for potatoes, carrots, cucumbers etc. It is all possible with this Mandoline slicer! Includes a safety food holder with secure food grip and a protective cap for the blade, it also features side dials for very easy adjustment and the non-slip stand assures stability on the work surface.
