Gefu - Rotary Grater Pecorino

The all cheese Gefu PECORINO rotary grater is designed for either right- or left-handed use, with an ergonomic handle suitable for large and small hands. The bi-directional drum is designed to create uniform cutting results, while the body is designed to prevent accumulation behind the drum.Thanks to its two interchangeable drums, the rotary grater is suited for making shavings and fine crumbs. Just put hard cheese, nuts, chocolate or garlic into the inlet funnel, turn the handle – and done! The sophisticated engineering of the rotary grater allows the almost complete utilization of the material you want to grate while keeping your hands safely away from it the sharp blade. You are sure to be able to interchange the drums quickly and easily with a few movements. The secret is the sharpness of the grating drums, which it owes to the Laser Cut Technique. The large barrel of the coarsr grater allows you to grate medium hard cheese such as cheddar which is not possible in smaller drum rotary cheese graters
