Use
No foils required.Mix 1 part Miami Beach Bombshell with 2 parts Juvexin Cream Developer (20,30,40) Volume Depending on desired level of lift.Powder will become clay like consistency.Caution:Wear protective gloves,do not heat during application,avoid inhalation,and indigestion of powder,do not apply to damaged hair,so not apply on the scalp if wounded,inflamed or sensitive,do not apply to eyebrows or eyelashes.If contact with the eyes occurs,rinse immediately with water.
