Instructions:

• Adolescents 12 to 18 years old take 1/2 ampoule (5 ml) per day.
• Women > 50 years old take 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day.
• Men 18 years and older take 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day.
• Women 19-15 years old take 2 ampoules (20 ml) per day.
• Pregnant women take 2 ampoules (20 ml) per day.
• All age groups or take as recommended by a health care practitioner.

For all age groups take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Can be mixed with juice or water.

Caution:

Discontinue use if hypersensitivity occurs.
