Atlas roller ensures stability and speed of pasta sheet Preparation, in ten different thicknesses: it is perfect for preparing pasta, bread sheets, snacks and much more.

In the version with 150 mm wide rollers, the machine is compatible with 12 extra accessories to make as many pasta shapes. The variant with 180 mm rollers allows for an extra-large sheet.
