Belmonda - Essential Oil Peppermint 15ml

Suggested use : To help upper respiratory tract, including sinus and regain physical strength and mental clarity, breathe a little bit of peppermint essential oil directly from the bottle. To aid digestion, put one drop of peppermint essential oil on the tongue. (Oral long-term use is not recommended). It is also possible to blend a drop of peppermint essential oil to a teaspoon of honey. To relieve muscular or articular inflammation, gently massage 3 to 4 drops of peppermint essential oil on the painful part of the body. To relieve a headache, apply 1 to 2 drops on the forehead and temples, (far from the eyes). In cosmetics, peppermint helps reduce sebum, soothes eczema and insect bites.
