Durability and Versatility
Fine stoneware pieces are highly resistant to thermal shock, withstanding variations between -20ºC and 250ºC (0ºF to 500ºF). The maximum recommended thermal variation is 180ºC (350ºF). These pieces are freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
