The Cuisinart Cast Iron Smashed Burger Press is a heavy 6.5-inch press for making smashed burgers on an oiled skillet or griddle. Press a loosely shaped ball of meat down until the press touches the cooking surface to create a thin patty with a caramelized crust. The edge lip of the press helps keep the juices in place.
