Kasumi KURO chef's knife with a 21 cm (8.3 in) blade for general chopping, slicing and dicing. The KURO series uses a molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon stainless steel core with a layered Damascus pattern and hammered finish. The handle is black laminated wood. Made by Sumikama in Seki, Japan.
