Kasumi KURO santoku knife with a 17 cm (6.7 in) blade for slicing, dicing and mincing. The KURO series uses a molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon stainless steel core with a layered Damascus pattern and hammered finish. The handle is black laminated wood. Made by Sumikama in Seki, Japan.
