Kasumi TORA santoku knife with a 16.5 cm (6.5 in) blade for slicing, dicing and mincing. Its molybdenum-vanadium high-carbon stainless steel blade is rust resistant and easy to resharpen. The magnolia-wood handle has a black epoxy finish. Made by Sumikama in Seki, Japan.
