The Linden Sweden Deep Notch Rolling Pin is made for Swedish hard tack bread, flatbreads and crackers. Its hobnailed diamond pattern makes rolling the dough flat and thin less work, and the notches create holes in the dough so air gets in and the dough does not rise, giving a flatbread for dipping or topping. It also works for scoring rye or oat breads for knäckebröd, and for adding designs to pastry dough.
