Mason Cash - Pudding Basin, White | 400 mL / 13.5 oz; 12.5 cm / 4.9 in

The Mason Cash Cane mixing bowls have been in kitchens for generations, since the early 1800s. It is the perfect bowl for steaming puddings, but also ideal as a kitchen prep bowl or serving bowl. The rim on the pudding basin is shaped so that the pudding can be sealed before steaming. The vented base allows bubbles to escape from underneath the basin, preventing it from tipping over in the pan. The Classic shape allows for easy release of the pudding after steaming, giving a pudding its distinct shape. The cream basin measures H7cm x Dia 12.5cm, with a capacity of 400ml. Mason Cash offer pudding basins in a wide variety of sizes, providing options for every baker and to suit all kitchens.
