Nature’s Way Fenugreek + Blessed Thistle combines two herbs in 180 vegetarian tablets. Fenugreek is traditionally used in herbal medicine to support breast milk production and secretion.

Medicinal ingredients per tablet

Ingredient Amount
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seed) 450 mg
Blessed thistle (Cnicus benedictus, aerial parts) 375 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients

Cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, glycerin.

Directions

Adults: four tablets twice daily, or eight tablets once daily.

Warnings and storage

Do not use during pregnancy. Consult a health care practitioner before use if breastfeeding or diabetic, and if symptoms continue or worsen. Discontinue use if an allergic or hypersensitivity reaction occurs. Keep away from children. Do not use a bottle with a missing or damaged inner seal. Store at room temperature.
