How to use
Prep nails, apply one coat of Infinite Shine Gel-Like Base Coat, then two thin coats of Infinite Shine color. Add one thin layer of Holo and Behold to create an iridescent blue-purple effect. Finish with Infinite Shine Gel-Like Top Coat.
