Olive wood is dense, durable & resists odours and stains better than other types of wood. The intricate grain pattern in the wood makes it a beautiful additon to any tablescape. Season new utensils with food grade mineral oil prior to use, and periodically afterwards to prevent liquid from being absorbed into the wood.
  • Known in Italy as a 'girariso', the hole in this unique spoon allows the delicate rice grains to pass through when stirring, creating a perfect, creamy risotto. Can also be used for stirring polenta and stews.
