Description: Each Live Edge bowls are truly a work of art the shape following the contours of the Teak tree root. Each bowl is one solid piece of wood. The bowls are food safe each being finished with a blend of organic beeswax and food grade mineral oil. The organic shape of the live edge make each piece truly unique. Tuckahoe Hardwoods was awarded the "Indonesia Green Wood" certification after opening their own furniture shop in central Java. They only use wood from sustaianably sourced woods (FSC) for all their products.

Care Instuctions: Hand wash with care using warm soapy water both sides & dry immediately. Do not immerse in water. Not dishwasher safe. Allow bowl to dry completely & store in a dry place. Periodic application of mineral oil on both sides will help prevent dryness/cracking and enhance the natural beauty of the wood.
