Taylor's Eye Witness - Lime Press

A 'Mexican Elbow' citrus juicer is a great way of extracting the maximum amount of juice from citrus fruit. Unlike with a reamer, most of the pith is left intact for sweeter, sharper juice. It's sturdy die-cast aluminium construction really lets you put some welly into it. 

How to use

Roll the lime firmly on a hard surface a few times, cut in half and place cut side down into the press. Squeeze away for the perfect ingredient for your salad dressings & baking recipes. Turn the fruit and press again to extract even more juice. (Psst! It’s also just the job for a cheeky seedless Daiquiri, Margarita, Mojito...)

Why not try...

For a refreshing Mojito, add the juice of half a lime, 6 whole mint leaves and 2 teaspoons of sugar to a highball glass. Bruise the leaves with a muddler or wooden spoon handle. Fill with crushed ice, stir, then top with 40ml of white rum & a splash of soda water.
